Industrial hemp is cental to our vision. Its versatility enables our seed-to-structure approach: cultivating premium agricultural crops while developing industrial hemp-derived foods, sustainable inputs, renewable materials, and the infrastructure necessary to bring them to market.

Our High-Quality Organics (HQO™) philosophy reflects our commitment to agricultural quality, responsible production, environmental stewardship, resilient farming systems, and continuous innovation. Alongside organic industrial hemp, GROF® cultivates organic fruits and vegetables that support access to fresh, nutritious, responsibly grown food.

GROF® also invests in agricultural research, workforce development-including its U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) and agricultural re-entry pathways for returning citizens-and processing and manufacturing infrastructure designed to strengthen domestic production capacity. Through industry, government, academic, and community partnerships, we are building pathways for the next generation of farmers, agricultural innovators, and skilled workers, with a particular commitment to expanding opportunities for women and historically underserved urban, rural and Tribal communities.
